A No, this facility is for energy efficiency projects only?

Q What are the lower and upper limits to the loan product?
A There are no lower limits but the upper limit is 2.5 million Euros. Projects have been financed from 100,000 Euro upwards.

Q How is the grant amount calculated?
A The grant amount is calculated as a percentage of the loan principal amount. For example, if the total project cost is 500,000 Euro and you borrow and disperse 400,000 Euros, the grant is calculated at 15% of the 400,000 Euros

Q Can this grant be used to finance the energy efficiency element of a larger project?
A Yes, it can be used as a part fund
