Energy Efficiency Finance Facility - EUEEFF

The technical cooperation component of the EU/EBRD EUEEFF is designed to ensure that eligible projects are pursued and satisfactorily completed so that they can get their incentive fees-grants.

Technical assistance is present to:

• provide potential borrowers access to project preparation assistance. This assistance is provided by the Project Consultant and is presented in a business plan.
• ensure that the objectives of the EU/EBRD EUEEFF are met. This is done by the Verification Consultant who checks and confirms that the projects have been implemented in accordance with the relevant business plan prepared by the Project Consultant.
